Job Description: We seek an enthusiastic and motivated AT&T Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling AT&T's range of products and services to new and existing customers, helping them find the solutions that best meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels
• Present and sell AT&T products and services, including wireless, internet, and entertainment packages
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing business and referrals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Stay up-to-date with AT&T product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Participate in sales training and development programs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
