Job Description: We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, providing outstanding customer service and support.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
