Vaccination And TB Screening Experience Required.CIC or COHN certification (preferred)
EXCEL Experience (preferred).Minimum Education - PreferredGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum Work ExperiencePrevious Acute Care RN experience preferred

The EHS RN coordinates and implements hospital-wide programs for the prevention and control of workplace associated illnesses and injuries for health system employees.
Essential Functions
- Case Management, surveillance and reporting on workplace injuries and illnesses, including reporting to government agencies, contact tracing, vaccine administration, pre-placement assessments and collaborating with frontline staff and leaders to enhance protections for staff and patients.
- Ability to triage care via SICKline.
- Liaison to Infection Prevention, TPA and managers as needed to carry out the preceding duties
