Part time position - We are looking for a friendly personality to greet our clients and make them feel comfortable. We are seeking a responsible and professional person that will be the face of our company. The person we are seeking will have the experience and knowledge to perform the duties listed below:
Duties will include scheduling and confirming appointments, verify and request authorizations from insurance companies as needed. Also, answer phone calls, send faxes, respond to texts and voicemails. Expected to fax and electronically submit reports, records, invoices and billing as needed. This person will scan and upload medical records, data entry and submit billing when needed. Maintain confidentiality of records and accounts, must pass a background check and be bilingual - English and Spanish (Required).
Must be Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet savvy. Much have excellent communication skills and people skills. You must have great customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette. The person must have excellent time management skills and multi-tasking skills. Other duties as deemed necessary.
