Position: Marketing Program Manager

Southall is a premier destination bringing nature, produce and people together in a powerful and unique way. The Marketing Program Manager will identify, plan, and communicate all internal Southall events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, plan, detail, communicate, and promote all internal Southall events
• Confirm plans are on brand for Southall by collaborating with Creative Director
• Meet with and give site tours to vendors when necessary.
• Collaborate to promote all programming in a timely manner.
• Create and monitor event listings.
• Communicate event plans with team members, Southall guests, and the public.
• Organize meetings with appropriate departments to secure details.
• Twice a year, this will involve more complex coordination and contract creation with larger celebrity musician hosting for Sounds of the Solstice.
• Support Creative Director and Director of Sales Marketing with executing marketing strategies.
• Some small graphic design projects may be required.
• Own our customer database Revinate and manage system data and campaign management.

? SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Adobe Suite graphic design work preferred.
• Must be:

  • An excellent organizer with time-management skills.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule should days run long, or weekend needs arise.
  • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

EDUCATION:

• Degree in a Marketing or Creative related field preferred.
• Must have: High School diploma or GED
