Southampton Rehab & Healthcare Center is a 196-bed skilled nursing center that showcases private rooms and offers many accommodations for our patients.

A beautiful campus that has recently undergone beautiful renovations. With a new management team and new, increased rates, Southampton is not your traditional nursing facility.
