Southeast Application Consortium is Hiring a Life Skills Teacher, Middle School, .2 FTE Near Stewartville, MN
- Responsible for the management of the instructional program and assigned students.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to learning within the classroom and assisting in the same throughout the building.
- Responsible for the assessment of student progress.
- Responsible for ensuring the Minnesota State Standards are met.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by the building principal which are necessary to fulfill the basic function of the position and are consistent with the Master Agreement.

Job Description: Stewartville public schools is seeking innovative and progressive applicants for a .2 position for a Middle School Life Skills educator. Life Skills combines skills associated with FACS, Agriculture, and Industrial Technology, along with other skills which will prepare students to be able to be more independent.
Qualifications/Degree: Valid Minnesota teaching license for FACS, Agriculture, or Industrial Technology. Knowledge of Standards Based Grading is preferred.
Job Requirements: Within federal and state law and regulations and district policies and practice.
