Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc., one of the nation's largest Toyota™ forklift dealers, is seeking an entry-level Developmental Technician candidate.

As a Developmental Technician, you will be paired with an experienced Service Technician who will serve as your mentor and provide you with a foundation of practical and technical knowledge to aid in your development as you begin your career with Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc.

Candidates must embody the attitude and aptitude needed to grow into a successful Service Technician, including:

• A strong mechanical aptitude
• An understanding of basic troubleshooting
• A thirst for knowledge
• A passion for tinkering with and working on things in their spare time
• Ability to interpret service manuals
• Proficiency in reading and writing

In order to become a successful Service Technician, Developmental Technician candidates need to be self-motivated, self-directed, highly responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to successfully interact with co-workers, managers and customers. A good driving record is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
