Description

• Responsible for originating and underwriting commercial loans for existing and new relationships in the Nassau County, FL market.
• Prepare loan underwriting memos to ensure sources of repayment are sound and well documented. Follow approval processes and procedures to ensure transactions are properly documented and monitored.
• Responsible for growing and maintaining customer relationships by coordinating all aspects of the relationship.
• Responsible for developing a business development strategy to generate new business opportunities.
• Responsible for developing revenue growth through the generation of loans, deposits, fee income and cross-selling of all applicable bank services.
• Participate in community activities and local professional organizations to increase the Bank’s visibility; and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
• Responsible for compliance with all regulations, laws and bank policies and procedures pertaining to day-to-day job responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years commercial lending and portfolio management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other technology skills
• Demonstrated sales negotiating and successful closing experience

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting and/or equivalent experience
