Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings such as urgent care, medical-surgical, and PICU, and possess knowledge of anatomy and X-Ray procedures.

Duties:
- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Take patient vital signs and record medical histories
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems

Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic life support procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Experience working with electronic health record systems

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers
- Proficiency in X-Ray procedures
- Familiarity with various hospital systems

Pay: $20.45 - $21.05 per hour
