Job Title: Inbound Warehouse Manager
Reports To: Warehouse Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Classification: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Inbound Manager is responsible for managing all functions of the inbound shift to include employees, processes, and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities: - Lead inbound shift warehouse employees and serve as a coach and mentor to include constructive and timely performance evaluations, appraising performance, and resolving issues.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Accurately, consistently, and safely follow and give directions for inbound shift.
- Manage receiving, stock rotation, shipping of cases in various locations throughout the warehouse, and/or loading and unloading of trucks.
- Duties including but not limited to:
o Operating various pieces of warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, Clamp Pickers, Electric Floor jacks, etc.) to include daily maintenance.
o Maintaining computerized inventory control records over every product movement: receipts, shipments, transfers within the warehouse from one location to another, product returns, etc.
o Accurately identifying and receiving cases of product into inventory locations, using various pieces of warehouse equipment, upon receipt from the supplier.
o Accurately pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and tag special transfer orders.
o Hand stacking cases of product in a specific sequence and location on a delivery truck.
o Removing cases of product from delivery trucks.
o Returning undelivered cases to their proper inventory locations.
o Moving and stacking cases for the purpose of conducting physical inventory.
o Repacking bottles of product into special packages for special promotional programs.
o Ensuring safe product handling techniques.
- Coordinate/conduct daily cycle counts of inventory.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly full inventory count.
- Review, research, and reconcile all inventory variances between physical counts and computer records.
- Compose daily and weekly reports on inventory results.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
Education/Experience: - 2 years of previous warehouse experience or fast-paced management experience preferred.
- 2 years of previous Warehouse Management System (WMS), Radio Frequency (RF), or related experience preferred.
- OSHA Certified preferred.
Physical Requirements: - Administrative 50%
- Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting 50%
