Our office in Spartanburg, SC is looking for a DEDICATED, RELIABLE, Energetic Dental Office Manager to join our team!! This role will be responsible for two locations.
INSURANCE, PTO, PAID HOLIDAYS and more!Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30-5, and every other Friday 8-3
Pay range: Earning potential: varies; to be discussed with qualified candidates.

As a Dental Office Manager, in summary, you will provide leadership, organization, and guidance to the dental team. You will provide a variety of duties including: perform and manage daily operations, supervise staff up to 18 employees, be responsible for the financial results of the office, and initiate grassroots marketing.
The ideal candidate will:

- Possess a high School Diploma or GED
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a dental office manager
- Be detail orientated and organized
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
