**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the onboarding process for new subcontractors, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to streamline the new hire process

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule orientation sessions and training programs

- Utilize recruiting techniques to attract top talent

- Research and implement best practices for onboarding

- Communicate effectively with new hires to provide necessary information and support

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in recruiting and onboarding processes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback

- Knowledge of contract management and compliance regulations

- Valid driver's license

- **Please note, this is a 1099 position.**

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
