Description
Our Customer Service Representatives provide high quality customer service to both internal and external clients. The position interacts with customers, in a small contact center environment, responding to inquiries about products and services; and working to resolve customer issues.
The position assures quality customer service to internal and external clients; and interacts with customers to provide information, in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve inquiries.
Starting rate of pay for this position is $16.75 an hour.
