• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
• Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
• Explaining repairs to customers.
• Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs to customers.
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Tire or mechanic shop
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales Experience
