Position Overview:
SFS is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Service Technician with a good attitude and great work ethic. This position will require travel in company-provided service vehicles throughout parts of PA, WV & some of MD performing the delivery, limited installation & servicing customer’s equipment.
Position Requirements:
2-3 years experience servicing foodservice equipment preferred
EPA Universal Certification
Experience in troubleshooting and servicing refrigerated equipment is a strong plus
Must have an understanding of electricity and different phases and voltage
Strong mental aptitude with an understanding of the importance of customer service
Strong troubleshooting, mechanical & electrical skills
Able to lift 50 pounds, occasionally more
Strong attention to detail
Occasional overnight travel may be required (rare)
Clean driving record
Willingness to be on call rotation for after business hours service
Must have own basic toolset
Good communications skills.
Excellent customer service skills
