  1. Sales Expertise in Commercial Arboriculture:

    • Proposal Development: Expertise in creating compelling proposals and profitable estimates that reflect a deep understanding of arboriculture, plant health care, and client needs.

  2. Technical Knowledge:

    • Arboriculture and Plant Health: Comprehensive knowledge of tree health, plant care, pest control, and removal practices. This includes staying current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

    • Certifications: Ideally, candidates should hold certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist or have a degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or a related field.

  3. Market and Competitor Analysis:
