Position Summary
As a Producer III (Lead Producer) you will take the lead of the management of Client CGI projects, as well as delegating tasks and reporting on the progress of the Production Management team.
Overseeing complex projects, requiring skill and effort, whilst monitoring and working with a sharp eye for detail, the Production Management team will rely on the Producer III to support the development and planning of work initiatives.
Driving processes end-to-end, this role involves encouraging and supporting the Production Management team to standardize processes in order to be increase efficiency. Confident in decision making, the Producer III is always ready to face new challenges.
A Producer III requires a dedicated approach to the job and the willingness to positively influence many members of staff. Working normal office hours for the majority of the time, some projects may demand commitments outside this time frame to meet deadlines.
Must be detail-oriented with experience defining project goals/priorities, scheduling artists/tasks, breaking down and monitoring costs, problem solving working with all departments and entities, looking ahead for potential obstacles, communicating specifications and motivating teams. Will be responsible for client communication.
