Health Insurance Sales representatives must be able to show up to work on time, come prepared ready to learn with a good attitude and work ethic.
Upon hire, you will be designated as a fronter. Your job is to pre-qualify customers for a health insurance policy based on specific factors and transfer them to a licensed agent that will assist them in finding a plan that suits their needs.
You will move to the position of closer after demonstrating that you are able to work through the sales process and close the deal.
Sales is not for everyone however, if you remain coachable with a positive mindset and work ethic, you will find that the process is very simple and it can extremely lucrative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay
- Daily bonus
- Uncapped commission
- Weekly bonus
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
