$23.76/hr minimum - $35.63/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)Oversees and coordinates the activities of staff and patient flow in CT/Xray. Monitors the adherence to all diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, services, and staff education. Assists with day-to-day decisions within or for the departmentRole Specific Responsibilities

- Serves as student clinical instructor/liaison
- Responsible for coordinating student competencies, paperwork and regular meetings with students
- Coordinates work and patient flow to utilize staff efficiently
- Assists manager with staff scheduling
- Provides input on staff performance/evaluations
- Assist with the development, and delivery of, training for new staff while providing input on onboarding processes
- Performs clinical duties as needed
- Writes, updates, and implements protocols in coordination and alignment with Radiologists
- Super user for common Imaging software functions such as Epic and PACS
- Participates in Lean initiatives by taking part in developing metrics, engaging staff, being a part of GEMBA walks and leading team huddles
- Assists manager with daily operations of the assigned departments
- Ensures quality control procedures are complete and within acceptable ranges, maintaining proper documentation and archive of them
- Associates degree in radiology or Imaging related field
- Certification in modality serving as Lead Technologist required
- IEMA Licensure
- BLS
- Technical Experience 2 years required
- COVID Vaccinations
