SOUTHERN MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, LLC. is Hiring a Residential Financial Services Administrative Assistant Near College Park, MD

What we are looking for:
* Review move-out statement for accuracy
*Revise move-out statements where applicable
*Create new collection accounts
*Accept secure payments
*Responsible for payment input, and bank deposits
*Responsible for reporting, updating disputes on collection accounts
*Process internal external mail *Answering directing phone calls
*Create memos, letters update/revise forms as needed
*Knowledgeable with Excel, Office, Word, PowerPoint, etc...
*Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
*Perform other duties as assigned
Duties and Responsibilities
-Review each move-out voucher to ensure proper information has been received from each community. Fill out Collections Acceptance Criteria Checklist notating information omitted and submit to Collection Manager
-Responsible for inputting information from the move-out vouchers to create new accounts
-Responsible for Credit Bureau consumer reporting, updates and disputes
-Responsible for reference and verification calls
-Process all mail return into collection software with correct up-to-date information
-Responsible for answering and directing phone calls
-Responsible for revising all applicable accounts
-Responsible for all internal and outgoing mail
-Secure and accept payments from customers
-Responsible for payment input, bank deposits and insufficient check processing
-Type memos, letters, and create revise forms as needed
-Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed
-Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures
-Perform various other duties as assigned by Director and/or Supervisor
