Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates with proven systems - cold calling and warm leads provided
- Scheduling Candidates for Interviews
- Maintain and create promotional material to engage agents
- Place candidates with agency owners
- Monitoring progress for producers in licensing programs
- Monitoring progress for producer appointments within agencies
- Event planning
- Other duties as assigned
Ability to achieve high sales targets
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
