Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their service needs and offer expert recommendations
- Create detailed service orders outlining necessary repairs and problem descriptions
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of services
- Provide precise labor and parts estimates to customers
- Manage customer records and follow up on service outcomes
- Aid in appointment scheduling and oversee service workflow

Experience:
- Prior experience in service writing, preferably within a dealership setting
- Ability to promote additional services or products effectively
- Skilled in cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Pay: $4,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
