General Description:
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, customers, and employees by patrolling (either in the patrol vehicle or on foot or bike) and monitoring premises, identifying, anticipating, and resolving security issues.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma. At least one (1) year of professional security experience within the last year. Bilingual English (mandatory) & Spanish (preferred).

Ability to communicate to various audiences (internal and external) to convey information effectively, persuasively, and accurately. Must multi-task, maintain high professionalism, and remain calm under pressure—the ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and use independent judgment.
