General Description:
The Student Recruitment and Success Manager will report to the Executive Director of Student Services and, in collaboration with CALV’s Leadership and Student Services team, develop strategic, data-informed recruitment campaigns that achieve established goals for CALV’s student recruitment and success efforts. The individual will be responsible for expanding our school’s presence to align with the needs of the greater Las Vegas community. This position requires frequent travel and varied work hours to reach and connect with potential students effectively.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
Three (3) years of experience working in college admissions/recruitment, workforce development, or sales. Hospitality experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
