Job Description
- Provide inpatient medical care to hospitalized children of all ages and with a variety of conditions.
- NICU, live birth, ED and neonatal care experience required
- Perform physical examinations and assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' condition and progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate care with other physicians, nurses, and members of the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
