Clinical Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in an elevated role as Clinical Supervisor. Under the direction of Clinical Management, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical operations, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring the clinical team following the established clinical practice standards and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directs the workflow on the team to support the practice goals and quality initiatives
• Reviews team’s provider and nurse visit schedule
• Evaluates team’s administrative assignments
• Acts as liaison between patients, providers, team members and management
• Attends and actively participates in Team Lead Meetings
• Conducts weekly team check-in to communicate SNHIMA initiatives, workflows and site specific announcements
• Identifies areas of improvements on team and formulates effective solutions to mitigate them
• Assists with new employee’s training and competency, participates in regular follow-ups with Clinical Management
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations, responds and delegates to clinical staff while providing support to providers as appropriate

Attendance and Schedule:

• Full Time with Saturday rotation
• Maintains the responsibility for punctuality and meets SNHIMA attendance policy
