Position: Early Childhood Intervention Specialist (ECIS) Itinerant TeacherLocation: Hopewell Center | Southern Ohio Educational Service CenterGeneral Description:Provides instruction to young children with disabilities and consultation to their families and teachers, as specified on their IEPs; provides other duties essential to the work of the Early Childhood Intervention Specialist (ECIS) Team.Qualifications:Possess an Ohio Early Childhood Intervention Specialist license or have the ability to attain such a license.Training and experience in teaching young children with disabilities, working with families and with other early childhood educators.Must pass a criminal background check.Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.Job Description: Early Childhood Intervention Specialist (ECIS) Itinerant TeacherSalary: Salary Schedule ADays: 192 days (salary to be based on 192 days)Anticipated Start Date: August 2024
