Orthodontic Practice Manager
About The Role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to make key decisions that shape the success of the practice. - Practice Operations – Manage office protocols, calendars, and communications to keep things running smoothly.
- KPI Management – Track and manage bonus structures, team performance, and practice KPIs.
- Team Management – Handle payroll, accountability, recruiting, reviews, and hiring in partnership with the Director of Operations.
- Compliance & Audits – Ensure all certifications, licensure, and compliance regulations are met.
- Training & Development – Onboard new team members, develop training materials, and implement training plans.
- Vendor & Financial Management – Oversee communication with third parties and manage invoicing and receipts.
- 2 years of management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic setting
- 1-2 years of orthodontic practice management experience
