Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, administering patient care, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff
- Provide direct patient care and treatment
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience in geriatrics, ER, infectious disease care, and venipuncture
- Proficiency in administering injections
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Excellent patient care skills
