Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team for a NIGHT SHIFT position. This role primarily involves preparing and processing parts for powder coating, including hanging, taking down, and inspecting parts on our conveyorized overhead line. The ideal candidate will be focused on maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently hang parts on the conveyorized overhead line according to company standards and procedures.
- Inspect parts prior to powder coating to ensure surfaces are clean and ready for coating, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Monitor the conveyorized line during operations to ensure smooth workflow and address any potential disruptions.
- Remove coated parts from the line, inspect for quality and uniformity of the finish, and prepare them for packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and practices at all times.
- Assist in the packaging and storage of finished products.
- Collaborate with other team members and participate in training sessions to enhance job performance and knowledge of powder coating processes.
