We are proud to offer our Security Officers weekly pay with a starting rate of $13.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• - Customer Service
• - Check-in Visitors
• - Log in all construction vehicles (if applicable)
• - Greet all residents
• - Monitor building, Parking lot, and pool areas
• - Patrol Property and issue citations
• - Complete Daily Activity Reports, Logbook entries, Incidents, and all relevant
• reports related to job assignment
• - Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and
• regulations
• - respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
• - Monitor cameras or equipment in a continuous manner
• - Being diligent to report any suspicious activity and investigate accidents and
• criminal acts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 per hour
