Closing Date: Open Until Filled This vacancy is for a full-time Instructional Specialist position at Shrewsbury Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year. This position requires the following:
PA Certification in Grades PK thru 4th, 4th through 8th, K through 6th
At least 3 years of satisfactory successful teaching experience in the K-6 grade scope
This is a supportive, observational-type position to help improve the knowledge, skills and practices of teachers, thus enhancing student achievement. This position will help support teaching and learning by analyzing academic performance data to drive instruction.
The salary for this position is dependent upon experience. The starting salary for a first-year educator is $61,200. We offer a robust benefits package that includes, but is not limited to, sick leave, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, and competitive medical, dental, and vision plans.
