Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Southers Construction, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include generating your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, as well as handling company-provided leads. You will schedule and conduct appointments to showcase our services, with opportunities to receive company-scheduled appointments. Your goal will be to build relationships with homeowners, understand their needs, and provide them with the best solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively canvass neighborhoods to generate your own leads through door-knocking.
  • Lead Management: Handle company-provided leads, contacting potential clients to schedule appointments.
  • Sales Appointments: Conduct in-person and virtual sales appointments with homeowners to present our products and services.
  • Customer Education: Educate homeowners on the benefits and features of our products, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the value we provide.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and close sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a united approach to achieving company goals.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and progress in our CRM system.

Requirements

Pay: $26,000.00 per year
