In this role, you will embrace a structured work schedule that spans from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. This consistent routine offers the stability necessary for you to thrive while immersing yourself in the intricacies of construction estimation.
YOUR ROLEAs the Concrete and Epoxy Specialist - Construction Estimator, your day begins with an attentive review of project specifications, meticulously analyzing every facet to ensure a comprehensive understanding. Your professional expertise will shine as you conduct site visits, expertly measuring and assessing project sites. Drawing upon your proficiency with PDF take-off software, you will meticulously quantify materials, labor, and costs to craft precise and compelling proposals. Your interpersonal finesse will be evident as you engage with clients, confidently addressing inquiries, and cultivating enduring relationships. Throughout the day, your commitment to accuracy and excellence will serve as the cornerstone of your endeavors.
Qualifications

• Familiar with polished concrete and epoxy in order to understand specifications and build proposals

Preferred

• Experience bidding and selling both polished concrete and epoxy jobs
• Ability to speak with customers as an expert in both trades
