A Southland Holdings company, Johnson Brothers Corp. is hiring for Skid Steer Operators for a large project in Palm Beach County, FL.
Equipment Operators Skid Steer
- Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- materials
- May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
- May perform other related duties as required
- 1-5 years of operating experience preferred
- Must be able to operate multiple attachments
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
