Information Technology (IT) Manager - Full Time

As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day information technology operations and coordinating, planning, and implementing computer and telecommunications related activities. This role also ensures the ongoing development and reporting functionality of SouthLight's electronic health record. Additionally, this position is responsible for data security and compliance with regulatory requirements. The IT Manager will work closely with the Program Evaluation Manager to report and communicate data analysis reports and statistical measures.
Schedule
Mon - Fri, 8am-4:30pm (4-10 hour days is also negotiable).
Hybrid - a mix of in-office and work remote days.
Pay
Starting range is $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience.

You will be eligible for medical benefits the first of the month following your first 30 days. We have options for a standard plan, as well as an HSA with a $300 initial contribution and up to a $25 per paycheck match. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is also an approved employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
