Southport Engineered Systems is Hiring a Project Manager Near Caledonia, WI
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and contract terms
- Purchase and schedule the arrival of major equipment to shop/jobsite in conjunction with project schedule
- Participate in job meetings working closely with general contractors, architects and building owners to resolve design or site conditions issues and to assure adherence to agreed upon project terms and schedule
- Monitor job hours-to-date, cost reports and cost-to-completion estimations in order to validate current performance
- Perform all other duties assigned to this role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledgeable in mechanical system types, system selection, performance characteristics and applications of different system types.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings of multiple trades.
- Ability to interact with field personnel, accounting, administration, engineering, other trades and customers
- Knowledge of building code requirements.
