Our client is a full-service manufacturer's representative for lighting, controls products and services across the state of Arizona. With offices in Phoenix and Tucson, they serve all aspects of the commercial and industrial lighting and controls sector.

This billing position is full time in the office located at 7 th St. and I-10 with a salary in the $60K range.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and send invoices to customers for projects on a timely basis.
• Monitor project progress to determine appropriate timing and magnitude of customer billing.
• Receive and approve vendor invoices, including comparison/ reconciliation to purchase orders.
• Address and correct any discrepancies in vendor accounts or billings, including statement reconciliation.
• Review and ensure all completed projects have been invoiced and vendor invoices have been received.
• Review and approve expense reports.
• Manage office supply inventory as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Learn about lighting on a continual basis.
• Regular, predictable, and in-person attendance and punctuality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties. The qualities below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Billing and/or accounting experience required.
• College degree preferred.
• Lighting and/or Electrical Experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal skills in responding to client needs with a positive and professional manner.
• Must be able to exchange detailed information concisely and must have a firm grasp of the English language.
