The Office Manager is responsible for front desk operations. Greets consumers arriving for appointments and collects all needed information. Reschedules appointments with the doctor, nurse, therapist or other staff. Checks insurance and insures client chart is up to date for all appointments. Insures that office and janitorial supplies are ordered on timely basis. Answers incoming calls and directs to appropriate staff. Makes reminder phone calls for appointments and checks client chart for needed information prior to scheduled appointments.
