PROVIDER AND CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Position Summary: The Provider and Client Services Manager oversees client funding management (including authorizations), client and provider scheduling, and provider credentialing to deliver quality ABA services to individuals with autism and their families across Arizona. The role will require coordination between team members, teams, and departments to ensure our providers and clients have exceptional experiences when receiving services or working with SARRC. The Provider and Client Services Manager can identify client and provider needs, has strong management and organizational skills, is collaborative and team-oriented, and can impact process and procedural change as we strive toward operational excellence.
Your Role at SARRC
Complies fully with all medical records and information privacy regulations: local, state, and federal.
Provides direction and manages performance for provider and scheduling teams that verify and identify client benefits, gain authorizations for services, and schedule services.
Uses daily, weekly, and quarterly data on key metrics to adjust operational processes and procedures and deliver clear and effective feedback and recognition to team members.
Maintains documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistent results and a healthy and collaborative work environment for our team members.
Oversees initial application and maintenance of credentialing for our providers with all payors.
Collaborates with the billing team to correct authorization and scheduling errors in order to process claims and maintain quality records.
Works collaboratively with other operational leaders to improve client experience from beginning to end.
Communicates proactively with the Director regarding the status of operations and is focused on solutions.
Performs other special projects and administrative duties as necessary and requested.
Who you Are
A college degree is preferred (years of experience may be considered).
Minimum of three to five years of experience in a medical insurance or billing environment within a medically specialized enterprise.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a professional environment, preferably in related industry.
Understanding of insurance authorization procedures and policies.
Knowledge of insurance guidelines; including Medicare, HMO, PPO, Behavioral Health carve-outs, Arizona Medicaid (AHCCCS) and Arizona DES.
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding.
Experience with medical billing software and clearinghouse.
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in basic mathematics.
Demonstrated ability to relate to and work with diverse backgrounds, human capabilities and limitations, and cultures.
Salary
$58K - $65K DOE
