Service Writer:

Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers.

Follow up with customers on status of repairs.

Oversee the vehicle inspections and make detailed informed recommendations to customer.

Open RO’s and operate dealership programs.

Good computer skills.

Keep a clean and safe and organized work area.

Follow policies and procedures set in place for the service department.

Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and manager.

Requirements:

6 months experience in sales or service.

General automotive knowledge.

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to basic mathematics.

Ability to effectively communicate to customers in a pleasant manner.

Valid driver’s license with clean safety record, pass drug screening.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and unsupervised at times.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Be team oriented.

Be able to work occasional over time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
