General Sales Manager
Location: Lawton, OK, 73505
Job Description:
The General Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team to improve their skills and performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
