Southwest Healthcare, Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital is looking for a Manager for Imaging. This is a full Time, exempt position with full benefits.
Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services, the Manager directs and implements day-to day operations including management strategies for the delivery of Radiological and Diagnostic Imaging Services at SWHS. He/she maintains daily activities reports to ensure volumes and productive standards are met. Manages financial accounting for all cost centers. In collaboration with the Director, prepares fiscal year operating budget and capital expense budget. Meets with referring physicians to assess services and performance levels are meeting their needs and expectation. Establishes departmental policies, procedures and performance standards in conformance with administrative policies, licensing requirements, and legal requirements. Coordinates and conducts monthly staff meetings, leading staff engagement and patient experience. Identifies and recommends equipment modification, new equipment, and reviews services to ensure environment of care accommodates, comforts, and supports quality patient care. Establishes effective working relationship with management team, medical staff and hospital staff. Other duties as assigned.

The Childbirth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital is the largest in the region and features spacious family-friendly private suites. Rancho's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is operated by Rady Children’s.
