YOUR MISSION:
- To assist your team members in carrying out the company’s mission and values.
- Lead the technician assistant in solving all irrigation needs for each client.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION:
- College Degree or High School Diploma/GED.
- Irrigation and drainage experience required. Hands on training will also be done on site.
- We are looking for honest, energetic, highly motivated team members.
- Like to work with winners.
- Performance driven.
- Give great service and like to have fun.
- Expect to earn 65 k - 85 k
- Shared profit of truck, of 6% - 10% and other incentives.
- Holiday Pay, P.T.O, Health insurance, Life insurance.
