Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Public Area Attendant to join our team. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within our facility. This is a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Primary duties, but not limited to:
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum, floors
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners (interior & exterior)
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap

- Sidewalks snow removal as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
