Southwest Law Firm is Hiring a Client Support Specialist Near Glendale, AZ

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service and must be able to multi-task to field a high volume of calls, emails, mail and messages in a fast-paced environment. A sucessful CSR is detail-oriented, a quick learner with a positive attitude, and thrives in a team envionment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

- Respectfully assist veterans with a variety of inquies by providing information and resolving problems.

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for questions, invoicing and available services

- Process a high volume of mail/daily

- Respond to all calls, system tags, and messages in a timely manner

- Maintain strict company confidentiality

- Schedule appointments as needed

- Other duties as assigned

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in customer service, account manangement or related field

- Proficient with Outlook

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
