Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data. In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable functions.

Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. Experience in the home building / construction industry is a plus. Key Responsibilities : Process accounts receivable transactions efficiently.

Prepare and process cash receipts. Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations. Manage collection efforts and related functions.
