Southwestern Vermont Health Care is Hiring a RN ER $5,000.00 sign on retention bonus Near Bennington, VT

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center seeks a full-time night nurse 6p-6a, to join our busy ER department. $5,000.00 sign on retention bonus

The RN is responsible for day-to-day oversight and coordination of Emergency Department nursing staff and patient flow, as well as to providing individualized goal directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Prior emergency department nursing experience required.
  • One year of emergency department nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nurse License by date of employment required.
  • Ability to meet all basic Emergency Department RN job specific requirements.
  • Health Care Provider BLS Certification required.
  • Valid PALS required.
  • ACLS certification.
