The Resident Care Assistant provides supportive services other than direct nursing care. This position is posted for the express purpose of entry level into healthcare with the intention to take the next available Certified Nursing Assistant course and transition to a C.

The pay is $15.00 at hire and upon transition to C.N.A will increase to $20.00 plus shift differentials.
